Your yearly statement of income, gains and reliefs to Revenue.

Which return you file depends on your income. Form 11 is for the self-assessed and Form 12 is for PAYE workers. Form CG1 is for capital gains when you don't file Form 11. Form IT38 is for gifts and inheritances.
