Your credits aren't being applied

Usually your employer hasn't got your latest payroll notification, or your credits are all on another job.

Check in myAccount that the job is registered and that your credits are on it. Then ask your employer to get your latest payroll notification. Any tax you overpaid is refunded on later payslips.
