P45s no longer exist

Since 2019 Revenue gets your pay details in real time, so there's no P45 to hand over.

Since the PAYE system changed in January 2019, employers report your pay to Revenue every payday. When you leave a job, there's no P45. Your new employer gets your details from Revenue once you've registered the new job in myAccount.

Your Employment Detail Summary in myAccount replaces the P60 as the yearly record of your pay and tax.
