Paying CGT
Capital Gains Tax (CGT) is due by 15 December for disposals in January to November, and by 31 January for December disposals.
Register for Capital Gains Tax (CGT) in ROS or myAccount, then pay by the date for the period of your disposal. The ROS pay and file extension doesn't move these dates.
