No: Ireland uses tax credits and a rate band, not a tax code.

Unlike the UK, Irish payslips don't have a tax code. Your employer works from a Revenue Payroll Notification. It gives your yearly tax credits, your 20% rate band, and whether to use the cumulative or week 1 basis. You can see the same figures in myAccount.
