Tax credit certificate
Revenue's statement of your tax credits and rate band for the year.
It shows the credits and 20% band Revenue has given you and how they're split between jobs. Your employer gets the same information electronically. Check it in myAccount at the start of each year: wrong credits mean wrong pay.
